1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 6 – 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
• Custom or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return.
• Return Timeline: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Return pickup will be arranged within 2 days and the returned product will be delivered back to us within 5 days.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at contact@ssmjewels.com with your order details.
• Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.

3. Refund Credited

• Refunds are Credited within 6 -7  days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 2 days after the returned product passes quality check. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 6–7 business days.

4. Exchange Policy 

• Exchange Requests: Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchange Dispatch Timeline: Approved exchange orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

• Exchange Delivery Timeline: Exchange products will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
